Your Account

You have the option to create an account here at Red Rubber Designs. Creating an account gives you access to several things including order history and more.

You can use Guest Checkout if you don’t wish to create an account with us.

Your Shopping Cart

*PLEASE NOTE* – Items are not held in your shopping cart after you leave our website.

You will never have an item in your order placed on back order. This includes our rubber stamps! If an item is out of stock or there are limited quantities on an item, you are notified in your shopping cart that the quantity you are requesting is not available. Shop in confidence that the product you order is available for immediate shipment!

You should receive an email receipt when you place your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with shipping information. If you do not receive an email receipt within 24 hours after you placed your order, or if you have a problem or question regarding your order, please Contact Us with details regarding your issue. Be sure to include a correct email address!

Payment Options

Red Rubber Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover credit cards. Your credit card and payment information are secure. You do have the option of storing your information either on your PayPal account or on Stripe directly, however we do not store this information anywhere at Red Rubber Designs, nor do we have access to it.

Our shopping cart system is PCI Compliant: Your credit card information is never stored and its transmission to the payment gateway is securely encrypted.

In addition to our regular credit card processing, we also take PayPal. Pay with your PayPal account, or you can pay with your credit or debit card — even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

To ensure that your payment information is secure, we only accept orders through the online shopping cart system.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is determined by the “ship to” address. Residents of Alabama pay 4%. You are responsible for any additional municipal sales and/or use taxes for your area.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your stamp purchase! I personally inspect every stamp and every order before it leaves the Red Rubber Designs shop to ensure that you receive the best quality product possible. However, if you find a problem with your stamp order, please Contact Us within 10 days of receipt with details of the issue you’re experiencing. Be sure to include a correct email address!

All stamps returned must be received by Red Rubber Designs within 30 days from delivery date in its original product packaging. Please include the original packing slip. Please do not return any stamps without first emailing us, as stated above – this ensures that proper credit is given to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the stamp returned is defective, we’ll gladly exchange it, give you store credit or refund the price you paid. For exchanges, we reserve the right to substitute a stamp of equal value if we no longer carry the returned stamp.

For non-defective stamps, we will give you store credit for the amount of the price you paid, less any shipping costs associated with the original order (whether paid by you or Red Rubber Designs). Non-defective stamps must be returned unopened and unused in its original product packaging. Red Rubber Designs reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee for the return of non-defective stamps.

Only rubber stamps fall under our returns policy. However, this does not include gift-with-purchase stamps, grab-bag stamps, or stamps on clearance – these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note that all other products (besides rubber stamps) in our store are sold AS-IS and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Red Rubber Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and/or packages once they leave our facility; please contact your local carrier.
