Orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, except for designated USPS holidays). Usually, we ship the same or next business day! If your order is delayed for any reason, you will receive an email explaining why.

We ship via the US Postal Service via Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Please remember that Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery time. Most packages arrive within 3-4 days within the continental U.S., however please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Delivery for locations outside the continential U.S. vary and may take longer.

Red Rubber Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or packages once they leave our facility; please contact your local carrier.

We're sorry, but all orders must ship to one address and in one shipment in order to keep our low-cost and free shipping policy cost-effective. Thank you for your understanding.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you either by email or by phone as provided on your account. If we don't get a response within 5 business days, we will cancel the order and refund you for the product, less any shipping charges that were paid (by you and/or by Red Rubber Designs).

Please note that shipping costs with the USPS went up considerably in January 2013. Unfortunately, we had to raise our prices to reflect the new rates. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

* Because of the cost of shipping outside of the United States, only our rubber stamps are sold and shipped to our Canadian and international customers. We apologize for this inconvenience! Unfortunately, it just doesn't make sense to ship other product internationally with shipping costs so high. If you place an order that contains anything other than rubber stamps, you will be contacted and your order adjusted accordingly.

All stamps are shipped internationally via the US Postal Service in a Flat Rate Priority envelope or small Flat Rate Priority Box. All orders must be under 4 pounds in weight and fit in one box. All custom forms are filled out legally and are marked as commercial merchandise along with the item costs. You are responsible for any additional taxes/duty/fees your country may require upon receipt of product.

USPS package tracking is not available on International orders. Shipping times are varied - some countries can expect delays of several weeks. Red Rubber Designs is not responsible for any delays due to customs or your country's postal/delivery service.

About Our Packaging

You won't find fancy packaging here at Red Rubber Designs. While we pack your product to ship and arrive safely, we use just the basics.

You may also receive some items in TAC/The Angel Company packaging, since we acquired their inventory.

We want to keep costs down for you, so we don't charge extra for our stamps and other products in order to pay for special packaging that has our name on it. To us, what's important is IN the packaging - not the packaging itself.

Eco-friendly materials are used as much as possible and we also recycle when we can. That means our boxes don't have our name on them, either.

While our packaging may not be memorable, we hope you'll remember us for our classic designs and fabulous product instead!

Order Pick Up (for local residents only)

Red Rubber Designs is not a retail establishment; we are a warehouse and manufacturing shop and are not open to the public. However, if your "ship to" address is in Madison County or Limestone County, you may choose to pick up your order at no charge rather than have it shipped.

Please choose the "Pick Up" shipping option at checkout and indicate in the customer comment field when you would like to pick up your order along with your email address. I will email you so that we can arrange a good time.

Any orders not picked up within two weeks after your order is placed will be canceled. The product will be restocked and your money will be refunded.
