Red Rubber Designs is a real Angel company!

We welcome artists who'd like to use our stamp images/sentiments in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use any Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale, under the following criteria:

   ► Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited.

   ► There are no quantity limits for for-sale, hand-stamped craftworks that abide by the restrictions as stated in this policy.

   ► Completed, hand-stamped projects may be sold at competitive and non-competitive retail locations, temporary craft events, community fundraisers, and over the Internet. In selling hand-stamped projects, the seller must make it clear that the items are hand-made, and not a product of Red Rubber Designs. The seller may indicate the supplies used are from Red Rubber Designs, but the Red Rubber Designs logo may not be used in any way for the sole purpose of promoting the sale of hand-stamped projects.

   ► You may sell projects that include our stamped images/sentiments. However, you may not sell plain stamped images/sentiments or stamped images/sentiments that have been colored, in either physical or digital form.

   ► You are purchasing the physical rubber stamp, not the rights to the design on said stamp. You may not sell the designs themselves or reproduce them in any form or manner. You may not use Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for the purpose of creating logos, company trademarks, promotional materials, business cards or on websites (including blogs, banners, etc.). You may not use Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for making molds to reproduce the design. You may not sell Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments as digital images/sentiments, as Red Rubber Designs holds the copyright to both physical and digital stamp images/sentiments.

   ► Persons creating hand-stamped items for sale are responsible for complying with any state and local business and tax regulations.

   ► Persons participating in this angel policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Red Rubber Designs and its artists from disputes arising from their work.

   ► Red Rubber Designs holds the copyright to ALL images and sentiments previously produced by The Angel Company, even if they are not currently for sale in the Red Rubber Designs store. None of these images/sentiments are public domain nor "out of copyright" and all rights are reserved by Red Rubber Designs. Red Rubber Designs retains and defends all rights to these images/sentiments as physical (any medium) and/or digital stamps/sentiments.

   ► All digital images, sentiments and files are the copyrighted by Red Rubber Designs and may not be reproduced or redistributed in any form, including image/sentiment swaps or digi/digital image/sentiment electronic swaps,or sold as part of a kit, as  printed out images/sentiments, as scanned images/sentiments, CD images/sentimentsor stock images/sentiments. Black and white or colored line art and sentiments from Red Rubber Designs may not be sold - whether digital, printed or hand-stamped. This is called theft and Red Rubber Designs will pursue all legal options in these cases. This may sound mean - but you wouldn’t come to my shop, pick up a stamp and walk out without paying for it, then sell it on eBay or Etsy, would you? Yes, it’s the same thing!
 
   ► Each project created for sale must be personally and individually created by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of craftwork containing our digital images for sale is strictly prohibited.

   ► You may not resell our images/sentiments as digital files, colored clip art, or images that have been colored, nor use them for the purpose of creating logos, company trademarks, promotional materials, business cards or on websites (including blogs, banners, etc.). You may not use Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for making molds or patterns (in any craft or industry) to reproduce the design.
 
   ► You are purchasing the right to use Red Rubber Designs digital designs/sentiments for your personal crafting use. You are NOT buying the illustration/design itself.
 
   ► Red Rubber Designs images, sentiments, designs, stamps and copyrighted property cannot be used on any print on demand services like CafePress, Zazzle, etc. or to create promotional printed materials (T-Shirt, cups, bags, etc).
 
   ► Please do not post our un-watermarked stamp images/sentiments on Pinterest or any other internet venue. Card and project samples are okay and encouraged.
 
   ► Please do not redistribute (emailing, sharing, copying, duplicating or reselling) any of our digital designs and images/sentiments. We always appreciate referrals to our website so that your friends and family can purchase their own copy.

Unless otherwise noted, all text, images, graphical design elements, photographs, illustrations, and other written or visual materials are copyrights of Red Rubber Designs LLC. Except as explicitly stated otherwise with regard to specific content, none of the content of the Red Rubber Designs Web Site may be downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or displayed in any way. Unauthorized use of any Red Rubber Designs Web Site content is strictly prohibited.

The images in the stamp sets shown on the Red Rubber Designs Web Site are protected by United States and international trademark and copyright laws. Actual stamps may vary in size from the images shown on your computer, depending on their original posting size and the configuration of your browser and screen resolution. Reproduction of these images in any form is strictly prohibited.
